About Pagoda Resort

Pagoda Valley View located at Pachalimedu – an enchanting hill station on the way to Periyar Tiger Reserve (Murinjapuzha on Kottayam – Kumali road) is a very ideal tourist spot surrounded by the greenery of tea gardens, beautiful meadows, deep puzzling valleys and dales. Pagoda Valley View, resembling traditional Kerala wooden houses with an ethnic ambience, offers accommodation in two rooms, each room has attached bath room, antique lanterns and night lamps, overlooking the mountains, serves authentic Kerala cuisines. On prior demand, activities such as paragliding, rock climbing, rappelling and trekking are arranged. This cool hill station is rich in vanilla, tea, coffee, pepper and cardamom plantation, interspersed with open grasslands. The lushly slopes of Panchalimedu flanked with clouds drop attract scores of tourists. On a fairly warm day, the temperature varies between five and ten degrees Celsius.

Children and extra beds

Free! All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs.

All older children or adults are charged approx 20-35% of the room charge per night for extra beds however please contact us for any special request for putting an extra bed/mattress in room for child or Adult sharing same room.
The maximum number of extra beds/children’s cots permitted in a room is 1/2 as per policy of the Hotel vary according to season.
Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.
