About Fort Garden Residency

Fort Garden Residency has 4 rooms with double- beds, attached bathrooms with shower and hot water facility in all rooms, A well furnished hall and dining room,with TV facility for relaxation, food is also served on request. the main attraction is that the guest can even prepare food according to their wish. over and above it is very quite and peaceful place surrounded by trees and garden. We are in the place where there is cool atmosphere. The gigantic Rain tree and the mango grove is a main attraction. The boat trip to Ernakulam main city and back to Fort Cochin is really wonderful experience, the balcony with a garden view, the open terrace with a green view is perfect for yoga, exercise, reading, painting etc. makes the tourist stay more comfortable. We are having both A/C and non-A/C rooms at affordable rates.

Children and extra beds

Free! All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs.

All older children or adults are charged approx 20-35% of the room charge per night for extra beds however please contact us for any special request for putting an extra bed/mattress in room for child or Adult sharing same room.
The maximum number of extra beds/children’s cots permitted in a room is 1/2 as per policy of the Hotel vary according to season.
Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.
