About Hotel Kanoos Residency

Kanoos Residency was inaugurated on November 18, 2007 by the Hon. Agriculture Minister, Mr. Mullakkara Ratnakaran.It has been the enduring vision of Mr. Kadar Pillai, Chairman and Managing Director, to establish a chain of successful hospitality ventures in Kerala / South India. The birth of Kanoos Residency is the first step towards the realisation of this dream. It is also an opportunity for us to prove our expertise in caring for you during your stay with us, which we also hope to emulate in future ventures that are currently in the making.Conveniently located at a five minutes walking distance from the Guruvayur Lord Krishna Temple, it is at once close enough for frequent darshans while at the same time standing apart from the throng of temple visitors. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to Hotel type. Please check the room conditions when selecting your room or contact our customer care center of the detail.

Children and extra beds

Free! All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs.

All older children or adults are charged approx 20-35% of the room charge per night for extra beds however please contact us for any special request for putting an extra bed/mattress in room for child or Adult sharing same room.
The maximum number of extra beds/children’s cots permitted in a room is 1/2 as per policy of the Hotel vary according to season.
Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.

Pets

Check In with Pets will be allowed as per hotel policy and on prior information basis. Please check with our customer care if you have any special request for this. Charges may be applicable.
