Day 1: Delhi

By evening you will land in Delhi, the national capital. On your arrival our representatives will meet up with you and transfer you to the hotel that has been pre booked. Refresh yourself here and get ready to embark on a 8-day journey across the various destinations of Rajasthan. Day 2: Delhi - Agra

Early next morning, embark on your city tours through the length and breadth of Delhi. Old Delhi with its still visible Mughal heritage and New Delhi with its modern look and feel, both attract and invite tourists to come and take a plunge into the pool of attractions of the vibrant city. Red Fort, Qutab Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, and the Jama Masjid are a few of the attractions to name that are housed within the city.

Once you have visited the prime attractions of Delhi, move on towards Agra, the next destination in the Incentives Golden Triangle Mandawa. However, before you reach Agra, you will also visit Sikandra that houses the Mausoleum of Akbar, the great Mughal emperor. Construction of the mausoleum was started by Akbar but completed by his son and successor, Jehangir who also did a few modifications to the original designs. Day 3: Agra

On the 3rd day of the tour, you will visit the tourist attractions of Agra including the Taj Mahal and the Itmad-ud-Daullah.

The Taj Mahal is a world heritage site, recognized by the UNESCO and also is considered as one of the 7 wonders of the world. This monument testifies the undying love between Emperor Shah Jahan and his beautiful wife Mumtaj Mahal. Built around 1653, the construction of the building took almost 22 years to complete. The complex houses the graves of Mumtaz Mahal and Shah Jahan and displays a blend of the Persian, Hindu, Islamic and Mughal architectural elements. Red sandstone was heavily used in the construction of most of the monuments belonging to the era and the Taj is a great deviation from the rest as it is built in white marble.

Open on all days, except Friday, the Taj plays host to about 4 million tourists every year. This list includes world- famous celebrities, politicians, leaders, authors, musicians and other noted personalities related to the varying fields.

While the Taj testifies the love between a husband and his wife, the Itmad-ud-Daullah s tomb was built by Nur Jahan in the memory of her father, Ghias-ud-Din Beg. Regarded widely as the rough draft of the Taj Mahal, the tomb was built in the year 1628.

Day 4: Agra - Jaipur

In the morning of the 4th day of the tour, move out of Agra and travel to Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. This place forms one of the most significant angles of the golden triangle as Jaipur, in itself is also replete with history and historical characters. But before you arrive in Jaipur, you will also travel through the deserted town of Fatehpur Sikri. Built by Emperor Akbar, Fatehpur Sikri still houses a number of Mughal monumental wonders that stand tall even today. Lunch can be savored in any of the several good restaurants that are located on the Agra-Jaipur highway. Post lunch resume your journey to Jaipur which you will reach by evening. On arriving in Jaipur, check into the hotel and retire for the day.

Day 5: Jaipur

Jaipur has a number of tourist attractions to boast of. It also has a number of excursion options that guests visiting this place can opt to undertake. One of the popular ones being a trip to the Amer Fort located at a distance of about 11 km from Jaipur city. An excursion to the fort should ideally begin early in the morning so that you reach the place just in time to witness its grandeur in the early morning light. Ride atop an Elephant or opt for a jeep safari till the entrance of the Amer Fort that was built by the Raja Man Singh around 1592. Built in white and red sandstone, the Amer Fort testifies the blend of Hindu-Mughal architectural styles in a major way.
